Pulpo is a beach front property in the exclusive and private neighborhood of Las Conchas in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. There are four different homes, named Pulpo, High Tide, Mid Tide, and Low Tide respectively. This creates the perfect environment to entertain family and friends.
“Pulpo” boasts the BEST beach in Las Conchas. You may wonder why the section numbers in Las Conchas are not in numerical order. During development of the Las Conchas neighborhood, the most desirable beach was chosen to build a on first, creating Section 1. After developing section 1, the next best beach was selected and section 2 was developed, and so on.
Sitting on section 1 Lot 1, Pulpo was the first house built in the neighborhood. The home was named Pulpo because it has eight bedrooms much like how an Octopus has eight legs. You may meet some of these majestic creatures out in front of the house living amongst the sea life. Prior to the current owners, Pulpo sat vacant for 11 years. Since 2018, Pulpo has undergone extensive renovations and improvements from its early years. Upon entering into the residence your eyes will immediately be drawn to the negative edge patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with an uninterrupted view of the beach.
